Mission of Aralam Grama Panchayat
- To provide basic facilities and quality public services efficiently to all the people of the Gram Panchayat.
- Implement sustainable projects in sanitation, healthcare, drinking water, and waste management.
- Give special consideration to the social and economic advancement of women, children, the elderly, the differently-abled, and tribal groups.
- Increase local employment opportunities by promoting agriculture, small enterprises, and self-employment sectors.
- Ensure environmental protection, water conservation and green development.
- Strengthen people-friendly services using digital technology and transparent governance.
